2. Services
Five Star Equestrian Services provides equestrian services including horse sales, agency representation, training, lessons, and livery. All services are subject to separate agreements and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Horse Sales & Agency
All horses are sold as described. We make every effort to accurately represent each horse's temperament, history, and suitability. Buyers are strongly advised to arrange an independent veterinary examination before purchase. We accept no liability for any horse after the point of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Livery
Livery arrangements are subject to a separate livery agreement. Owners are responsible for ensuring their horse is adequately insured. We reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary treatment for any horse in our care if we deem it necessary, and the owner will be responsible for all associated costs.
5. Training & Lessons
Participation in training and lessons is at the rider's own risk. All riders must wear appropriate safety equipment including a correctly fitted riding hat to current safety standards. We reserve the right to refuse instruction to any rider we deem to be unsafe.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Star Equestrian Services shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Horse riding and handling is an inherently risky activity and participants accept this risk.
7. Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Your personal information will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Five Star Equestrian Services and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
